The trading journal for TradeLocker traders

TradeLocker account history — CSV · AI screenshot import

Journal your TradeLocker trades two ways — export account history to CSV, or upload an AI-read screenshot. See what every trading mistake costs you in $.

TradeLocker shows the closed positions. It doesn't show the pattern.

TradeLocker keeps a tidy list of closed positions and lets you export your account history. What that export can't tell you is that your account keeps blowing up on the same day of the week, or that revenge entries after a loss are where most of your red comes from. PnL Book is a trading journal built for that gap: it turns your TradeLocker history into round-trip trades, lets you tag the mistakes, and totals what each habit costs you in dollars.

Data entry is what kills most journals, so getting your TradeLocker trades in is the part we've made almost free: the account-history CSV export, or an AI that reads a screenshot of any TradeLocker screen. Brokers white-label TradeLocker, so we validate the parser against real exports — and screenshot import is the fallback if a file looks unusual.

Two ways to get your TradeLocker trades in

TradeLocker account history — CSV. TradeLocker's own account-history export — your closed positions in one CSV.

  • In TradeLocker, open Accounts and click View account for the account you want, then set the dates under Trade History.
  • Click the three-dots (⋯) menu above the trade history, next to your account number, and choose Export account history.
  • In PnL Book, go to Import → TradeLocker (CSV) and upload the file.
  • Review the parsed rows and commit — closed positions become round-trip trades and duplicates are skipped.

AI screenshot import. A screenshot of your TradeLocker closed-positions or orders screen becomes journal entries in seconds — the fallback when an export isn't handy.

  • Take a screenshot of your closed-trades, positions or orders screen — keep the whole table visible, no popups over the numbers.
  • In PnL Book, choose Import → Screenshot — any broker or platform and upload up to 5 images (PNG/JPG). AI reads the symbols, sizes, prices and timestamps.
  • Every parsed row lands in a review queue first — anything the AI wasn't sure about is highlighted and duplicates are flagged. Nothing is saved until you commit.

Then price the mistakes

Importing is the boring half. Once your TradeLocker trades are in, tag the ones that broke your plan — revenge trade, oversized, moved stop, held a loser too long — and PnL Book totals the dollar cost of each habit per month. Revenge trading: −$1,800 this month is a number, not a mood. Most funded traders wash out on exactly these repeats — the reasons are in why funded traders fail challenges, and the same idea drives journaling on a funded account.

Frequently asked questions

How do I export my TradeLocker trade history?

Open Accounts, click View account, set the dates under Trade History, then use the three-dots (⋯) menu next to your account number and choose Export account history. Upload the CSV in PnL Book under Import → TradeLocker (CSV).

Does the TradeLocker CSV always parse cleanly?

We validate the parser against real TradeLocker exports, and because brokers white-label the platform, layouts can differ. If your file looks unusual, screenshot import reads any TradeLocker screen as a reliable fallback. Nothing is saved until you review and commit.

Can I journal a funded TradeLocker account?

Yes. Challenge, funded or personal TradeLocker accounts all export the same way, and PnL Book pairs your closed positions into round-trip trades so your win rate and drawdown reflect whole decisions rather than raw fills.

Will PnL Book give me signals for TradeLocker?

No. PnL Book analyzes your own past TradeLocker trades — it prices your mistakes in $ and shows your patterns. No signals, tips or profit promises, and no affiliation with TradeLocker.
