Cancellation & Refunds

This policy explains how you can cancel your PnL Book subscription and when refunds apply. It applies to the paid Pro plan; the Free plan involves no payment.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing section of the Service, or by emailing support@pnlbook.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.

2. What happens after cancellation

When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted on downgrade — your full trade history is retained, and you can resume Pro at any time.

3. Refunds

Because PnL Book is a digital subscription that gives immediate access to paid features, fees are generally non-refundable for the period already served. However, we want you to be satisfied, and we will consider refunds in good faith in cases such as:

  • a duplicate or accidental charge;
  • being charged after you cancelled and did not use Pro in the new period;
  • a technical fault on our side that prevented you from using the paid features and that we could not resolve;
  • a mistaken renewal reported promptly (see the goodwill window below).

4. Goodwill window on renewals

If a subscription renews and you contact us within 7 days of that renewal charge without having meaningfully used Pro in the new period, we will normally refund that renewal in full.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@pnlbook.com from your registered email address with your payment reference / order ID and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to decide on eligible requests within 5–7 business days.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor, Razorpay, back to the original payment method. Once initiated, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge any fee for issuing a refund.

7. Price changes & launch pricing

Any locked-in launch pricing (for example, the first-100 ₹199/month offer) applies only while your subscription remains active. Cancelling may forfeit such promotional pricing on re-subscription.
