Shipping & Delivery Policy

PnL Book is a purely digital, software-as-a-service product. No physical goods are sold or shipped. This policy explains how digital access is delivered.

1. Digital delivery only

PnL Book is delivered entirely online. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped by courier or post. “Delivery” means activation of, and access to, the online Service through your account.

2. Free plan

Access to the Free plan is available immediately upon creating an account — no payment or card is required.

3. Paid (Pro) subscriptions

When you subscribe to Pro, access is provisioned electronically and is typically activated immediately after your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment processor, Razorpay. In rare cases where confirmation is delayed, activation occurs as soon as the payment is verified, usually within a few minutes.

4. Delivery confirmation

On successful activation, your plan status updates within the Service and a confirmation is available in your account. If you have provided an email address, a receipt/confirmation may also be sent to you.

5. Delivery issues

If your Pro access has not activated within a reasonable time after a successful payment, contact us at support@pnlbook.com with your registered email and payment reference. We will resolve provisioning issues promptly.

6. No shipping charges

Because the Service is delivered digitally, no shipping, handling, or delivery fees apply. The price shown at checkout is the total price for the subscription (inclusive of applicable GST).
