1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
- Trade & journal data — the trades, screenshots, CSV/XLSX files, tags, and notes you import or enter.
- Billing information — plan and subscription status. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Razorpay); we do not store your full card details.
- Usage & device data — logs, approximate location by IP, browser/device information, and diagnostic data used to operate and secure the Service.
- Optional contact channels — a Telegram chat ID or email address if you choose to enable reminders and notifications.
2. How we use your information
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its analytics and review features;
- to process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud;
- to send you reminders, notifications, and service or account communications you request;
- to provide support and respond to your requests;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. AI processing
To generate written reviews and, where you use it, screenshot extraction, relevant data you provide may be processed by third-party AI providers under contractual confidentiality and data protection terms. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private trade data to train third-party public models.
4. How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers — payment processing (Razorpay), hosting, email/messaging delivery, and AI processing, strictly to provide the Service;
- Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change.
