1. What the Service is
PnL Book is a trading journal and analytics tool. It imports trades you have already executed (from broker screenshots, CSV/XLSX exports, or manual entry), organises them, computes statistics, and generates written reviews of your past trading behaviour.
2. Not investment advice
PnL Book is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or research analyst, and is not registered with SEBI in any such capacity. Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a prediction of market movements. All trading decisions are yours alone, and you are solely responsible for them. Trading in securities and derivatives carries a high risk of loss.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the activity under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Plans, billing & payments
The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed on a subscription basis (₹299/month or ₹2,499/year, inclusive of applicable GST) through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Prices, plan limits, and features may change; we will give notice of material changes to paid plans. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- upload data you do not have the right to use, or another person’s data without authority;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service or its outputs as personalised financial advice.
6. Your content & data
You retain ownership of the trade data and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate and improve the Service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data as CSV at any time.
7. AI-generated output
Some features generate written summaries and reviews using automated and AI systems. These outputs are derived from the data you provide, may contain errors, and are for informational and reflective purposes only. Do not rely on them as a substitute for your own judgement or professional advice.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may cause downtime.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quantmhill IT Services and Consultancy Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data before doing so where reasonably possible.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer-protection rights.
