Every account starts with six mistake tags seeded and ready: FOMO entry, Revenge trade, Moved stop-loss, Oversized, No stop-loss and Early exit. Tag any closed trade with one or more, and PnL Book totals what each habit costs in your account’s currency, per month — Revenge trading: −₹23,400 this month reads very differently from “I should be more disciplined.”
Three patterns that tag themselves
Manual tagging catches what you noticed. Three behavioural patterns get caught whether you noticed or not, evaluated automatically over your trade history at exact, published thresholds — not a vague “you might be overtrading” nudge.

Both conditions in revenge_trade have to hold at once — a quick re-entry at your usual size doesn’t fire it, and neither does an oversized trade an hour after a loss. It’s specific on purpose: the pattern is real, and a flag that fires on every re-entry would just be noise you learn to ignore.
What it costs in money, every month
Tagged mistakes feed directly into the mistake breakdown — the same win rate, expectancy and average-loss numbers, sliced to just your revenge trades or just your loss streaks. And the P&L calendar shows exactly which day each one landed on. Manual and automatic aren’t competing
A trade can carry both at once — you tag it Revenge trade the moment you close it because you know exactly what you did, and later it also shows up flagged by revenge_trade because it happened to meet the 10-minute, 1.5× threshold too. That’s not double-counting; it’s the same event confirmed two ways, and the useful case is the opposite one — a habit you didn’t notice in the moment that the flag catches anyway, because unlike a manual tag it doesn’t need you to be self-aware in real time to work.
What the flags don’t do
They read your history after the fact, exactly like a manual tag does. Nothing here places, blocks or resizes a live order — PnL Book journals what already happened and prices it; it never intervenes in a trade while it’s open.
